JH-503 Welding Flux

JH-503 is a type of Al and Ti based agglomerated flux, black spherical grains in appearance.Its grain size is 2.0--0.28mm(10--60meshes). JH-503 is suitable for use with AC or DC power, filler wires connect with positive electrode while in DC.With stable burning arc,the flux provides good weld bead appearance and excellent slag removal.The weld metal has good low temperature toughness.

Combining with appropriate wires, it can weld common low carbon steel and medium thickness steel structure. It can be used for multi-pass welding, single wire welding and double wire welding.
