JH-331 Welding Flux

JH-330 is a type of fused flux with medium Mn, high Si and low F content, brownish-red glassy grains in appearance. Its grain size is 2.5--0.45mm (8--40meshes). JH-330 is suitable for use with AC Or DC power, filler wires connect with positive electrode while in DC. with excellent technological properties, easy slag removal, the flux provides good weld bead appearance.

Flux for welding low carbon steel and some low alloy structures (16Mn,15Mn Ti,15MnV, etc.) in boilers, pressure vessels and other application.
