JH-112 Welding Flux

JH-112 is a（fluorine alkali type）alkaline agglomerated flux， off-white round particles. Granularity 10--60 mesh, alkalinity 2.6, made of silicate, carbonate, fluoride, metal oxide, titanium alloy and other powders through processes such as pelletizing, low-temperature drying and high-temperature sintering. The flux performance can replace Lincoln's 801 flux, the weld seam is beautifully formed and the surface is smooth. There is no slag inclusion, pores and cracks, and the welding process is good.

JH-112 can be used for welding low-alloy steel. It can be used with Cr13 series, 224H, 225 tubular welding wire and solid welding wire via surfacing welding, and has excellent high-temperature slag removal performance. The flux is suitable for DC reverse connection, and is widely used in the welding of continuous caster rolls, cold rolls, backup rolls, hot work rolls, etc. The surfacing layer has good high-temperature oxidation resistance, wear resistance and thermal fatigue resistance.
