JH-301 Welding Flux

JH-301 is a type of Si and Ca agglomerated flux,the basicity of which is about 1.0(neutral), gray spherical grain in appearance.Its grain size is 2.0-0.28mm (10-60 mesh). JH-301 is suitable for use with AC and DC power, the welding wire is connected to the positive electrode while in DC. The arc combustion is stable, slag removal is easy, and the weld seam is beautifully formed. Especially suitable for welding various types of environments. Short slag is formed during welding and there is no slag dripping phenomenon.

Combining with appropriate wires, JH-301 is widely used in ordinary steel structures like boiler steel, pipeline steel, etc., can be used for multi-pass welding, double- sided single-pass welding and multi-wire welding, especially suitable for welding various diameters Pipeline.
