JH-602 Welding Flux

JH-602 is type of F and alkali agglomerated flux for overlay welding of SAW, alkalinity is 1.8, grain size is 2.0-0.28mm (10--60 meshes), off-white spherical particles. This flux is used for strip & wire electrode surfacing welding. The arc combustion is stable, the weld seam is beautifully formed, Hardly any carbon generated and less burning loss of chromium, filler wires connect with positive electrode while in DC. It has good process characteristics and high temperature s lag-removal performance

Combining with appropriate wires, it can be used for surfacing welding of continuous casting rolls, hot rolls, backup rolls, coal mill rolls, blast furnace bell s and other vulnerable parts
