JH-102 Welding Flux

JH-102 is a high basicity inert sintered flux. Off-white round particles, grain size：10--60 mesh, alkalinity 3.0, good welding process, beautiful welding seam shape, smooth surface, excellent high- temperature slag removal performance, and the flux neutrality does not transfer silico-manganese to the welding seam.

Suitable for multi-pass welding. It can be applied to weld by matching with carbon steel, low alloy steel, austenitic stainless steel, martensitic stainless steel welding wires. The flux is suitable for DC reverse connection, and its welding seam has excellent mechanical properties and impact toughness at low temperature. Combining with corresponding surfacing welding wires,the flux can be used for build- up welding, the surfacing layer has better comprehensive performance of high temperature oxidation resistance.
