JH-431 Welding Flux

JH-431 is a type of fused flux with high Mn,high Si and low F content, reddish brown to light yellow glassy grains in appearance.Its grain size is 8-40meshes. JH-431 is suitable for use with AC or DC power,filler wires connect with positive electrode while in DC. With excellent technological properties of welding.

Combining with appropriate wire, JH-431 is used for welding low carbon steel and some low alloy structures(16Mn,15MnV,etc.)in ships,boilers,pressure vessels and other applications, and also being applied to electro-slag welding as well as the welding of copper.
