JH-601 Welding Flux

JH-601 is a type of alkaline agglomerated flux special for welding stainless steel and high alloy heat- resistant steel, alkalinity is 1.8. The flux is off-white round particles with a grain size of 2.0-0.28mm (10--60 meshes). JH-601 is suitable for use with AC or DC power, filler wires connect with positive electrode while in DC. Hardly any carbon generated and less burning loss of chromium when welding stainless steels. It has good welding process performance and the arc combustion is stable, slag removal is easy, and the weld bead is beautifully formed.

Combining with appropriate wires, it can weld important structures steels such as stainless steel and high-alloy heat-resistant steel.
