JH-107 Welding Flux

JH-107 is a type of fused flux with Mn free,medium Si and medium F content,bluish-gray to dark gray pumiceous grains in appearance. Its grain size is 2.0-0.28mm(10--60meshes). JH-107 is suitable for use with DC power,filler wires connect with positive electrode,its welding process performance is good and with excellent slag removal.When welding austenitic stainless steel, it has the characteristics of less carbon increase and less chromium burning loss.

JH-107 is recommended for welding or surfacing in the corrosion resistant layers of nuclear vessels and petrochemical equipment or structural units applications, combining with wires or strips for austenitic stainless steel, it can be used for repair welding of high manganese steel. In order to solve the difficult problem of slag removal after welding of niobium-containing stainless steel.
