JH-101 Welding Flux

JH-101 is a fluorine-alkali type agglomerated flux with a basicity of 1.8. It is off-white round particles with a grain size of 2.0-0.28 (10--60 mesh). It is suitable for use with AC or DC power,the welding wire is connected to the positive electrode while in DC. When using this flux to weld, the weld base does not increase Si and Mn, which is metallurgical neutral. It has excellent welding performance, stable arc combustion, easy slag removal, no pitting, no sticky slag, and beautiful weld seam. The weld metal has high impact toughness at low temperature.

Combining with appropriate wires, it is capable of welding a variety of low-alloy structural steels. Used for important welding products, like ship hulls, boilers, pressure vessels, pipelines, etc. It can be applied to multi-layer welding, double-sided single pass welding, multi-wire welding and narrow gap submerged arc welding.
